Salary is Non-Negotiable. The successful candidate will be hired at the minimum salary.
The position is responsible for preparing, monitoring and analyzing the Eleventh Judicial Circuit’s operating and capital budget including state and county budgets, from initial development through year-end close-out. This includes collaborating with Divisional employees throughout the year in preparation, analysis, monitoring and reporting on Divisional budgets. The emphasis of this work is on collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data into a professional work product including observations and recommendations. The role also supports the Administrative Services Division (ASD) accounts payable and receivable processes, resolving discrepancies, providing staff training, and assisting independent auditors with timely access to records and systems. Additionally, the position takes on additional related duties as needed to enhance the efficiency of the Administrative Services Division.
The incumbent assignments are broad in scope with considerable latitude for the exercise of independent judgment and application of management and/or technical knowledge and skills. Supervision is received from the Manager, Financial Reporting who evaluates work for adherence to departmental policies and attainment of desired goals and objectives through personal conferences and review of reports of operations.
This position is eligible for a hybrid remote work/onsite schedule after a 90-day period, as outlined by existing Circuit policies and procedures.
